Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at cooknladder@gmail.com to initiate a return.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Some products may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., kitchen knives, opened food-related items).

Refund Timeframe:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges:

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
